I joined Lynn University as a Web and Multimedia Developer in August 2006. As part of a 3-person team charged with digital communication for the organization, I have participated in a user-centered design process focused on action-oriented web, mobile and email messaging.
In December 2011, I was promoted to my current position as director of the team, now consisting of myself, a developer, a web writer and a crm coordinator. Everyday, we strive to meet organizational goals by improving the user experience of our digital communications.
